Who can apply?
There are no age or nationality limits, and the selection procedure is open to all those who as of 16 November 2012 are in possession of a four-year degree (under the old system) or a three-year degree or postgraduate degree (under the new system) awarded in Italy, or an equivalent qualification awarded by a University abroad.
Selection
The selection procedure consists of an assessment of the candidate’s qualifications and an interview.
Deadlines
Applications: 3 december 2012 until 3.30 p.m.
Enrolments: to be completed within 12 days of the publication of the results of the selection procedure.

Bursaries: 4
The amount of each bursary is €13,638.48 per annum, and the amount may be increased by 50% for periods of study abroad, except in the student’s country of residence. In order to take a period of study abroad, students are required to apply for permission to the Doctoral Research School Council.
